With its long and fascinating history (dating back to the 12th century), Barnet's traditional food market is a lively community hub. Allsortz Comedy nights run on the first Wednesday of every month. Hosted by High Barnet resident Chris Markiewicz, they feature the cream of new talent from the London comedy circuit.
